$125.00 – $200.00The Livingstone island tour retraces the tour by David Livingstone in 16 November 1855, when he was paddled in a dugout canoe ‘Mukolo’ through the swift rapids to towards the roaring plunge forming a cloud of midst as the vast Zambezi flow plunges over a cliff in to the Batoka Gorge. David Livingstone was safely paddled to the Goat Island known as the Livingstone Island. This is where he gazed the spectacular sight of Mosi-Oa-Tunya which he named “Victoria Falls” in honour of his queen.
